The Sayl Chair reflects Herman Miller’s commitment to purposeful design and smart functionality, delivering performance without excess. Drawing inspiration from the Golden Gate Bridge, designer Yves Béhar created a chair that combines striking aesthetics with ergonomic support, all while minimising material usage.

Sayl's unframed 3D Intelligent back features elastomer strands that vary in thickness and tension, providing support where needed and freedom where desired. This design encourages a full range of movement and promotes healthy posture throughout the day.

The chair's suspension back offers passive PostureFit sacral support, helping maintain the natural "S" shape of the spine. This feature reduces fatigue and supports a healthful posture during extended periods of sitting.

Committed to sustainability, Sayl's Eco-Dematerialised design uses less material in inventive ways, resulting in a chair that is up to 84% recyclable and contains no PVCs.

Available in a range of colours and finishes, Sayl's unique Y-Tower structure and frameless back create a visually light and modern aesthetic that complements home offices and work environments.
