These items are professionally assessed, refurbished, and prepared for resale as certified pre-owned furniture through our Relive program.
Every Relive Product goes through a detailed process:
- Collection or Return – Furniture is sourced from commercial projects or clients participating in our take-back program.
- Assessment – Items are inspected by our team to determine condition, repair needs, and suitability for resale.
- Refurbishment – Products undergo necessary works, such as mechanical repairs, reupholstery, refinishing, or replacement parts — all handled by our trusted network of specialist craftspeople.
- Quality Assurance – Each piece is reviewed to ensure it meets our quality standards and is fit for extended use.
- Warranty – Once approved, products are backed by a Living Edge Relive Warranty tailored to the item’s age and condition.
- Offered On Request – Refurbished products are made available to commercial clients upon request, ensuring a considered match between product availability and project needs.

Relive Warranty
When a Living Edge product is resold, the original manufacturer’s warranty cannot be transferred to the new owner – that’s why we commit to backing Relive products with our own Living Edge warranty. The length of the warranty is determined by the age and condition of the product and is agreed prior to sale.
