As the business continues to expand, we’re moving into a larger, purpose-built facility in Chipping Norton. The new space will allow us to operate more efficiently, support our customers, and continue delivering the high level of service you know and trust.

After more than 15 years in our Alexandria warehouse, we’re preparing for an exciting new chapter.

We’re excited to announce that we’re moving to a new and improved Sydney warehouse! To ensure a seamless transition, we’ll be temporarily pausing operations in Sydney as we relocate from our current Alexandria site to a new facility in Chipping Norton.

Key Dates to Know

Friday, 11 April: Alexandria warehouse closes.
All Sydney warehouse operations will be paused, including deliveries and customer collections.

Tuesday, 22 April: New Chipping Norton warehouse opens.
Sydney warehouse operations resume from this date.

Warehouse Relocation

What This Means for You

We have one week to complete the move, during which time no deliveries or collections will be available in Sydney. This pause allows us to safely and efficiently transfer our full inventory and systems to the new location.

Online Orders & Collection Updates

We’ve taken steps to ensure transparency at checkout: The ‘customer collection’ option has been temporarily disabled for Sydney-based online orders. A notice has been added to the checkout page to keep customers informed about delivery expectations during the closure period.

After We Reopen

From 22 April, once we’re up and running in Chipping Norton, we’ve scheduled an accelerated delivery plan to help us work through the backlog of Sydney orders. Our warehouse team will be working hard to catch up, so we appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Interstate Operations

During the Sydney move, we’re committed to maintaining operations across other cities. Our interstate transfers and deliveries to Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth will continue as normal, with only minor delays expected.

Sydney Customer Collections

Please note that customer collections in Sydney will remain paused for a short period after the warehouse reopens, while we finalise our site workflows and complete risk assessments. Further updates will be shared once collections resume.
