Through the studio's work on a wide range of scales, from products to interior design and larger architectural buildings, they create a synthesis between normally separated fields that contribute to a more complete brand experience. Spacon & X believe that the key to the fusion of these different scale and design abilities is to always work with personalised and holistic design logic, in combination with having a close relationship with clients, suppliers and other collaborators.

The criteria for their design is to address the most essential activities of the space and combine functionality, storytelling and aesthetics through simple, honest and clear materials and solutions. Their work is defined by an ongoing quest of finding perfection in the imperfect. A deliberate inconsequence in this practice leaves room for intuition and creative exploration that pushes their work beyond the obvious. The studio's passion is not only to serve clients needs but to simultaneously put this approach at the very core of the collaboration that opens the aperture to imagine what else is possible in a future-proof manner.

As a creative and collaborative studio, Spacon & X believe that the best and most aspiring work comes from an untraditional fusion of skills. Bringing together the best of various ideas from different practices, rooted in a constant quest for alternative solutions. As such, the firm's three partners come with backgrounds in Architecture, Fashion Design and Scenographic Design. The studio houses 25 employees with a variety of different backgrounds, from architects and interior designers, to design engineers, digital designers, carpenters, building constructors and experience economists.
