Along with partner Scott Fellows he is the principal and director of design company BassamFellows.

BassamFellows designs, manufactures and distributes a signature collection of highly crafted furniture and other products. They also design buildings, spaces and interiors; and provide brand strategy and creative direction to design focused brands.

BassamFellows debuted its first signature furniture collection at the 2003 Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan. In addition to their signature collection, BassamFellows has designed collections for like minded brands.

Since 2010, BassamFellows has acted as Creative Directors for the Consumer and Specialty Division of Herman Miller.
