Description

The Amorin Table is shaped around conversation. Designed by Wolfgang C. R. Mezger for Walter Knoll, its fluid, asymmetrical tabletop creates varied seating positions while allowing people to see and speak with one another more naturally across the surface.

Two angled, disc-like bases in fine concrete give the table its architectural stance. Available in a natural finish, matte black or bronze lacquer, they support a substantial top in solid wood or natural stone without making the composition feel static. The contrast is carefully judged: grounded below, soft and expansive above.

A gently rounded soft-edge profile brings comfort to the table’s perimeter, creating a pleasant surface for resting hands and forearms during long dinners or extended meetings. In natural stone, Verde Roma quartzite introduces a deep green field traced with golden and white veining, turning geological variation into part of the design.

Generous without imposing formality, the Amorin Table supports dining, discussion and collaborative work with an openness that feels considered from every seat.
