Living Edge had the pleasure of hosting a series of engaging activities, thought-provoking discussions, and inspiring exhibitions at our showroom. We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and made this day unforgettable.
As always, Saturday Indesign was a day of design exploration and inspiration! At Living Edge, we pride ourselves on being a hub for authentic and sustainable furniture and lighting from iconic designers and luxury brands. Saturday Indesign is always a highlight on our calendar, and this year was no exception. Our showroom was buzzing with excitement from morning to evening as attendees immersed themselves in the world of design through our carefully curated experiences and exhibitions.
A Legacy of Design and Innovation
To celebrate Living Edge becoming an official MillerKnoll Certified Dealer, we hosted 'A Showcase of Innovation'. Our MillerKnoll exhibition offered a deep dive into the legacy and future of one of the world's most renowned furniture collectives. We were delighted to see so many of you explore the origins, design philosophy, and sustainability efforts of MillerKnoll. The exhibition, filled with iconic displays, was a celebration of modern design innovation and an inspiration for all design enthusiasts.
An Immersive Experience at the Muuto Courtyard
Thank you to everyone who joined us in the Muuto Courtyard for a delightful Danish brunch and an insightful discussion on Neuroesthetics, presented by Jae Ha, Director APMEA at Muuto. It was a fantastic opportunity to explore how Muuto's design ethos integrates this interior design science to create environments that enhance human well-being.
Panel Discussion: Exploring Wellbeing, Connection & Change
We were honoured to host an exclusive panel discussion on 'Design with Impact,' a core philosophy of MillerKnoll. The panel, featuring prominent voices in the design industry like Emily Moss from Hassell, Joseph White from MillerKnoll, Kristelle Fiori from WMK Architecture, Sally Campbell from BVN, and moderated by Alice Blackwood, was a highlight of the day. We hope the conversations around Wellbeing, Connection, and Change left you feeling as inspired as we were.
A Toast to Tom Dixon
The Tom Dixon Cocktail Hour was an absolute hit! We raised our glasses to bold aesthetics and innovative craftsmanship while enjoying the latest designs from Tom Dixon straight from 3daysofdesign. The ambiance, the music, the mingling—everything came together beautifully, making it a perfect way to wind down the day.
Magis Puppy Design Challenge
Our 'Unleashed Potential' exhibition was a testament to the power of creativity and community. The design challenge, where twenty architecture and interiors firms reimagined the Magis Puppy, brought out the best in everyone. Your votes helped us celebrate creativity while supporting Assistance Dogs Australia, and we couldn’t be more grateful for your enthusiasm and support.
