More than just a seat or side table, the Eames Turned Stool is a lasting symbol of timeless design—crafted to be used, treasured, and handed down. Originally designed in 1960 by Charles and Ray Eames for the lobbies of the Rockefeller Center, its solid turned walnut form speaks to a sculptural simplicity that has stood the test of time.
Formerly, and affectionately, known as the Walnut Stool, this piece is hand-finished in solid walnut, ebonised ash or white oak and available in four distinct profiles. Each one is a celebration of materiality and form: warm to the touch, beautifully grained, and expertly crafted to age gracefully over decades.
Use it as a stool, pedestal, side table, or simply as an object of design admiration. Its quiet presence holds space in a room with grace—functional, beautiful, and inherently meaningful.
Built with the integrity and care synonymous with the Eames name, the Turned Stool is more than furniture—it’s a future heirloom. One that connects generations through thoughtful design, everyday use, and enduring craftsmanship.
