Description

Released in 2026, the Tom Dixon Boulder Vase range explores the contrast between geological weight and botanical delicacy. Inspired by Ikebana, each vase is carved from solid marble to create a grounded setting for single stems, long branches and more expressive arrangements.

The collection includes three distinct silhouettes: the low, asymmetric Stem Vase, the softened cylinder of the Wide Vase and the upright Tall Vase. Deep openings hold flowers and foliage within the stone, allowing each arrangement to emerge directly from its substantial form.

Turned by master craftspeople, every vase reveals the natural colour, veining and mineral variation of the marble, ensuring no two are exactly alike. Flamingo carries a rich burgundy hue with pale veining, Forest Green layers mossy and earthen tones, while Forest Brown offers warm ochre colouring with darker markings.

Displayed alone, Boulder has the presence of a decorative object. Grouped across forms and finishes, the pieces create a varied tablescape with shifts in height, colour and direction. Designed to support delicate stems with quiet confidence, the range keeps the character of the stone firmly in view.
