Description

Released by Tom Dixon in 2026, the Smash Table range explores natural stone through fracture, contrast and repetition. Marble in earthy-hued fragments are arranged as an irregular geometric mosaic, with deliberately expressed joins creating a surface that feels closer to a geological collage than conventional terrazzo.

The marble is set within BPA-free resin and finished to a honed matte texture, giving the tabletop a soft, velvety feel while keeping its colour and veining visually crisp. Because the stone is natural, no two tables are identical. Beneath, black powder-coated cast aluminium legs keep the structure visually spare, allowing the material weight above to do the talking.

The range includes a Coffee Table and compact Side Table. The Coffee Table has the scale and weight to anchor a lounge setting, while the Side Table carries the same material language in a smaller footprint. A protective sealed surface is designed to resist staining and daily wear, and the tables are tested to BS EN 15372:2016 Level 2 for added reassurance in everyday use.
