Theca Sideboard

Description

The allure of industrial production, in a bespoke interpretation for the home or office: this is Theca. The body of the sideboard is in natural or black aluminium steel plate, while the shelves are in veneered MDF with finishes in natural cherry wood, black painted ash and walnut.

Together with Magis, the designer duo have for some time been exploring the functional and expressive possibilities offered by metal stamping, combined with the traditional warmth of wood. Theca is the logical next step in this process. This type of cabinet also has deeply-planted roots: it takes us through the history of furniture, from the 18th century to Scandinavian design, but it is perfectly in tune with the contemporary home.

Theca comes in two heights and two different widths, to suit every space and storage need.
