Description

Part of the String Light collection by Michael Anastassiades for Flos, this version features a softly rounded sphere head that emits a warm, evenly diffused glow. The design reflects Anastassiades’ fascination with cables, suspended objects and the poetic lines they create within architectural space.

A die-cast aluminium body with a soft-touch finish houses the LED source, while the opal polycarbonate diffuser distributes light evenly to create comfortable ambient illumination. The luminaire is supported by a 22-metre Kevlar-reinforced coaxial cable, enabling flexible installation across large interiors, ceilings and walls.

The integrated Casambi-ready Bluetooth control allows the light to be dimmed via smart devices or touch interaction along the cable, offering intuitive control while preserving the design’s minimalist aesthetic.

Elegant yet technically innovative, the String Light Sphere Head turns lighting into a spatial element—allowing designers to draw lines of illumination across a room with effortless precision.
