Description

Developed as an add-on rather than a standalone piece, the Dichroic Filter is made to be fitted onto existing large Tom Dixon polycarbonate MELT shades. By applying a special PVD coating to the LED diffuser, it channels light into its constituent colours, intensifying the MELT’s signature internal reflections with a psychedelic spectrum.

Compatible with a wide range of fixtures, the filter can be used on the Large Pendant, Large Hanging Portable, Large Surface, Large Floor (Cone Fat and Cone Slim), Small Chandelier, Large Chandelier, and Burst Chandelier.

Once installed, it heightens the surreal, otherworldly presence of the lamp, creating shifting tones of light and colour for a bold, expressive interior statement.
