MillerKnoll

As of the 21st July 2021, Herman Miller recently completed the acquisition of Knoll Inc. (commonly known as “Knoll” The combined group will now move forward as MillerKnoll, a collective of dynamic and legacy brands.

Both globally recognised brands have established themselves as leaders of authentic and timeless furniture for both the residential and commercial markets.

In Australia, Living Edge has had the privilege of representing Herman Miller and their accompanying portfolio of established brands, while de de ce and Knoll have shared a similar exclusive partnership. These long-lasting and valued relationships will remain as an unchanged part of current and future product offerings.

The brands now joined together under MillerKnoll will continue to operate under separate Australian furniture distributors. Living Edge will continue to represent Herman Miller furniture and associated brands including Geiger, Design Within Reach, naughtone as well as Muuto nationally. The Knoll brand will continue to be represented by de de ce in Australia.

Both Living Edge and de de ce welcome this milestone event and are honoured to be working with one of the largest and most influential modern design companies in the world.
