Living Edge Eames Lounge Cruiser Competition 2023 Terms and Conditions
1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
3. The Promoter Living Edge (Aust) Pty. Ltd. ABN 63 603 725 891.
4. Employees of the Promoter and immediate families, participating brands with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
5. Promotion is only open to retail/residential orders. Commercial orders are not applicable.
6. Promotion commences at 9am on August 1st 2023 and ends at 11.59pm on 31st August 2023. (“Promotional Period”).
7. To enter, individuals must purchase an Eames Lounge and Ottoman (classic or tall) during the month of August from Living Edge to go into the draw to win. The Eames Lounge and Ottoman can be purchased in any leather or upholstery and finish.
8. Only one (1) entry per order is permitted per person, regardless of the quantity of chairs ordered.
9. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
11. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
12. One (1) winner will be randomly drawn from all successful entries. The winner will be announced on Living Edge Instagram stories on Sunday, September 3rd, 2023.
13. The winner will be notified via phone and/or email no later than Tuesday, September 5th 2023.
14. This is a game of chance only open to people who make a purchase of an Eames Lounge and Ottoman during the promotional period.
15. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The total prize pool is valued at $500. This includes 1 item. Item will be shipped to an address in Australia only or can be collected from a Living Edge showroom. Prizes are not refundable/redeemable for cash.
17. If within 14 days of judging, the Promoter is unable to make contact with the winner to claim the prize, the winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety. The Promoter is not liable for a winner who cannot be contacted.
18. The prize includes Prize 1: Eames Office x Globe Eames Lounge Cruiser RRP $500 (black or white).
19. The prize in parts of its entirety is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or gift vouchers.
