Description

Offering the comfort of a lounge chair but in an exquisite cantilevered form, this chair, like the Tugendhat Villa for which it was designed, showcases Mies’ ability to simultaneously refine and humanize objects and environments.

Cushions crafted with premium quality, highly resilient urethane foam and down-like Dacron polyester fiberfill. These cushions are upholstered in a wide range of luxurious Spinneybeck leathers and Knoll Textiles, ensuring both comfort and style. The straps, made from Spinneybeck leather, are securely attached to the frame with aluminium rivets, adding durability and a touch of elegance.

This piece is an original design by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, with the frame stamped with the Knoll logo and the designer’s signature, guaranteeing lifetime authentication. The cantilevered frame invites movement and ease, gently bouncing with the sitter, while the leather strap back provides additional support and visual interest. Experience the perfect blend of form and function with this timeless design.
