Inventory Manager

Living Edge is currently looking for an enthusiastic Inventory Manager (Full Time) to join our Sydney team!

The Role

The Inventory Manager position will manage all inventory control processes for products & spare parts along the distribution network, ensuring efficient and proper handling, document completeness and correct registrations in the systems, according to procedures.


Key responsibilities

  • Performing and recording warehouse & 3PL stock counts
  • Attending warehouse & 3PL weekly to verify counts and resolve outstanding inventory control issues with Supply Chain & Inventory Manager.
  • Issuing and updating showroom and store cycle counts.
  • Conducting full counts of each showroom twice annually. 
  • Perform periodic stocktake and manage pertinent data in the system.
  • Reconcile cycle counts and stocktake variances, handling inventory discrepancies and liaising with relevant party to solve and minimise impact on ledger.
  • Stock de-allocation (from Sales Orders) and unlinking (from Purchase Orders).
  • Forecasting of trading stock levels, inventory program reordering and adjustments as required.
  • Forecasting of stock quantities for inventory stock held at a state based warehouses and showrooms.
  • Manage/perform all activities concerning logistics support to events, promotions, end of year clearance and staff sales.
  • Manage/perform product internal movements and register pertinent data in the system.
  • Maintain inventory control records and provide solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitoring and reporting loan stock usage and aging to Contract Sales and Residential Retail.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a similar administrative role
  •  Excellent use and understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Furniture Industry Experience is advantageous
  • Communicating Effectively (written & verbal)
  • Time Management & Organisation skills
  • Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office tools incl. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI

Graphic Designer 

Graphic Designer (Maternity Cover)
12-month contract | Full-time | Sydney-based | July commencement 
Living Edge is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a dynamic opportunity to work with Australia’s leading destination for designer furniture and lighting, creating visually engaging content that brings our brand—and the world’s most iconic design brands—to life.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Design and roll out high-quality digital assets including display ads, EDMs, web banners, and social media content.
  • Develop on-brand print and digital collateral to support campaigns, product launches, and events.
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of client-facing sales presentations and internal communications.
  • Ensure all materials align with Living Edge’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
  • Prepare print and digital-ready files and liaise with external vendors to ensure high production standards.
  • Maintain and organise our materials library, image banks, and asset management systems.
  • Upload content to the Living Edge website.
  • Provide graphic support across the business, supplying assets and templates as needed

What you’ll bring:


  • 4+ years’ experience in a creative agency or in-house design team.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital ad design, social content, EDM layouts, and presentation decks.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects a plus).
  • Familiarity EDM platforms, and a good understanding of responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with HTML5, website content management and and e-commerce platforms.
  • Detail-focused with strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Interest in architecture, design, and the luxury interiors sector is a bonus

This is a full-time contract role based in our Sydney office. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, contribute to a wide range of exciting projects, and help deliver the visual expression of Living Edge across multiple channels.

  • Have the ability to continuously build and maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • An understanding of Sales Target management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team-driven environment
  • A qualification in Interior Design (not essential)
