Description
The Jack Object collection translates the distinctive geometry of the award-winning 1997 JACK design into a compact decorative object. The original form, now held in the archives of major museums, is reduced in scale but retains its familiar interlocking silhouette and generous, rounded limbs.
Each piece is hand-carved from coloured marble or onyx, giving the playful geometry a dense, tactile presence. Natural veining moves across the curved surfaces without interruption, revealing shifts in colour and pattern as the object is turned. No two are exactly alike.
Small but substantial, Jack Objects can be used as paperweights on a desk, placed among books and collected objects, or left to stand alone on a shelf, mantel or bedside table. Their weight makes them practical, while their scale allows them to move easily between rooms as displays change. The pieces can also be interlocked and stacked, creating taller arrangements that play with repetition, balance and contrasts between different stones.
