Description
The characteristic network of branches is translated as a graphic steel framework to support a trio of cushions. The designer’s preference for organic shapes readily translates as a standout modernist statement-piece. The laser-cut metal structure is assembled and welded by hand to replicate the network of branches of a tree, creating a soft landscape.
Borghese illustrates perfectly one of the signature characteristics of La Chance pieces: instead of hiding the structures, the designer has used them as ornamental elements. The Borghese sofa now also exists in a longer and even more sculptural version. Each piece is made to the client's specifications and it is possible to choose a colour for each cushion (among La Chance selection) to create your very own sofa.
